关于开展荔湾区白鹤洞街鹤园小区全员核酸检测的通告

鹤园小区的各位居民朋友：

　　在各位居民的积极配合和共同努力下，鹤园小区于6月30日恢复对外人员和交通通行，执行与芳村片区其他区域相同的防控措施。根据广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部第21号通告“以上管理措施执行7日后，经评估再适时调整”的要求，现定于7月6日对鹤园小区全体居民进行一次核酸检测，为芳村片区符合常态化疫情防控条件、执行广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部第23号通告做好准备。现就本次核酸检测工作安排及注意事项通告如下：

　　一、请各位居民朋友按照社区居委工作人员的通知指引，分时段有序到达指定地点开展核酸检测，做到“应检尽检”，确保不落一户、不漏一人。属于上门采样范围的居民请耐心等待工作人员上门检测。

　　二、检测时请携带身份证，主动出示“粤康码”“采样信息二维码”，以便快速高效查验检测。全程佩戴口罩，与他人保持1米以上间隔，不交谈，不聚集，听从现场工作人员指引。

　　三、分时段进行核酸采样后，尽快离开采样现场，按照要求严格落实好个人防护措施。

　　请各位居民朋友严格遵守《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》《关于依法惩治妨害新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控违法犯罪的意见》等有关规定，积极配合工作人员做好信息登记和样本采集工作，对干扰、阻碍样本采集的，公安机关将依法从严追究法律责任。

Notification on Conducting PCR Testing for Everyone in Heyuan Community of Baihedong Street of Liwan District

Liwan COVID-19 Prevention and Control(2021)NO. 33

　　With the active cooperation and concerted efforts of all residents, Heyuan Community lifted all travel restrictions and started to implement the COVID-19 measures compatible with other parts of Fangcun on June 30. In accordance with the requirement of “making appropriate adjustments upon evaluation after implementing the measures for 7 days” by Notice No.21 of Guangzhou Municipal COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center, we have decided that a universal PCR testing will be conducted for all residents in Heyuan Community, so as to prepare Fangcun for meeting the conditions of regular epidemic control measures and implement Notice No.23. We hereby notify relevant arrangements and precautions as follows:

　　1. All residents should follow the notification and instructions of the staff of your Neighborhood Committee and arrive at the designated testing station to receive PCR tests according to the set schedule in an orderly manner. Make sure that every household and everyone is tested. Residents who need to have their samples collected at home should wait for the arrival of staff.

　　2. Please bring your ID when going to the testing site and voluntarily present your “Yuekang Code” and “sample collection QR code” to facilitate speedy, efficient inspection and testing. Please wear a mask at all times and keep a distance of at least 1 meter away from others. Please refrain from talking or gathering and follow the instructions of the staff on site.

　　3. After your sample has been collected for PCR testing, please leave the testing site as soon as possible.

　　All residents should strictly follow stipulations in Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases and Opinions on Punishing Criminal and Illegal Activities that Hinder the Prevention and Control of COVID-19, collaborate with staff in information registration and sample collection. Those who disrupt or hinder sample collection will be held legally responsible by the public security departments.
